old door   Tuesday Club. The Tuesday Club is the best kept secret in Marblehead.    This Lunch Club is held at the Lodge and is put on by some of the oldest and most dedicated Masons in all of Massachusetts.  You can't beat the price.  For $7.00 you get a lunch fit for the Worshipful Master himself.  Get there early, 11:45 to 12:30. 

 

scholarship   Scholarships. We are proud to offer and support three scholarships.  Please click on the picture or go to this link for more information about the Scholarships.  Philanthropic Lodge has a long and lasting history with the Families that have generously donated their name and funds to this worthy cause.  Scholarships are offered to member families in good standing with the Lodge.  This worthy cause could always use some help.  Please donate or become part of the process to help administer the applications to these fine young students.

 

lewis award   The Lewis Award. There is a jewel, that commemorates the support a son lends to his father in later years—The Lewis Jewel. Pictured above, this jewel is designed to be worn by the son of a Master Mason. The criteria to wear the Lewis Jewel is that, at the time of the son’s Initiation, his father was a Master Mason in good standing. Should the Master Mason’s father be deceased at the time of the request, his son will be given permission to wear the jewel provided his father was in good standing at the time of his death.                     

The application is on the  Mass Masons website a copy is available here.  You must fill it out and it must go to your  Lodge Secretary for approval and to process. Application

 

Store   The Masonic Store. The Store is open on Lodge nights.  Please come down and support the Lodge.  This store is run by one of the most humble and dedicated Masons of our Lodge and is worthy of your time.  You won't be disappointed.  There's some great Masonic swag.  Pins for your jacket, gifts for your friends and great items to display on your car.  We don't sell it on-line  but every sale is a square deal & you're always treated on the level.

special honors   Special Honors. We honor and respect the service that so many members put forth to run this "Grand Masonic Lodge of Marblehead"  One on the greatest awards is named after one of the greatest Masons in America.  Joseph Warren.  If you haven't already read the book.  A signed copy is in our Masonic Library on the 2nd floor for you to borrow.  We share recent awards and pictures on the News page and Facebook.
